Ceyhun Sonmez

Who is Ceyhun Sönmez?

Ceyhun Sönmez is a certified coach (MYK), meditation specialist, Tantra coach, and Theta Healing practitioner who integrates his engineering background and analytical mindset with deep spiritual awareness.

After graduating from Dokuz Eylül University, Department of Geophysical Engineering (2007) and completing his Master’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety at Yeni Yüzyıl University (2013), he built a strong foundation in the corporate world. Over time, his curiosity about the human spirit and inner transformation led him to shift his focus toward coaching and spiritual disciplines.

He has received extensive training in Theta Healing (2020), Coaching (2022), Tantra (2023), and Meditation (2023), and is currently continuing his advanced studies in Family & System Constellations with Saba Deniz Uzun.

Ceyhun specializes in helping individuals unlock their potential, cultivate awareness, and take action toward their goals. Through coaching, Tantra, meditation, and Theta Healing, he supports people in releasing blockages, deepening their relationships, and embracing their authentic selves. His work creates a space where personal growth and inner transformation naturally unfold.
